Aquashure Özel Üretan Tutkal :Esnek yapışkan tutkal dünya çapında su sporlarında standart olarak kabul edilmiştir. Hasarlı Neoprenlerin COTOL 240 kiklotron ile temizlenir. Dokumadan oluşmayan yüzeylerde ilk olarak aufrauen yapıp sonra temizleyin. Aquasre 'u direkt tüpten yada bir fırça yardımıyla uygulayın. Bir gece ( 10-14 saat) kurumaya bırakın. 2 saatlik kurutmalar için Cotol 240 kiklotron kullanın.
Delikler ve Çatlaklar( yarıklar)
Çıkarılabilir bir yapıştırıcı band ile arka yüzeyini destekleyin (kapatın) . Deliği ve delik çevresini Aquasure ile doldurun. Yeterince sertleştikten sonra yapıştırıcı bandı çıkartın.
Dikişler : 4 mm lik kalın tırtıklara uygulayın, bu tırtıklar en azından 6 mm üst üste gelecek şekilde olmalıdır. Hafifçe bastırarak dağıtın, böylelikle dokuma dış yüzey Aquasure'ı emsin. Patik kullanımıdan 1/2 saat sonra henüz sertleşmemiş aquasure üzerine kum serpin.
Saklama
İçindekini tüpün boynuna kadar sıkın, temizce silin ve vidalayarak kapatın. Serin, kuru bir yerde yada daha uzun dayanması için derin dondurucuda saklayın.Tüpün içindekinin daha rahat kulanılması / akması için 15 dakika sıcak suda tutun.

MAXIMUM STRENGTH REPAIRS

permanent bond, choose Aquasure® Repair Adhesive & Sealant – its the industry standard for high strength, absolutely permanent repairs to all kinds of dive gear including wet suits, dry suits, gloves, boots, gear bags etc. Aquasure cures to full strength overnight or in 2 hours with Cotol-240™ Cure Accelerator & Pre Cleaner.

Use Aquasure to seal leaky gasket seams.

STEP 1: Turn suit inside out. Clean damaged area with Cotol-240 or isopropyl alcohol.Non-fabric surfaces such as latex should first be roughened with sandpaper, then cleaned.

STEP 2: Apply Aquasure in a 2mm high bead overlapping seam edges by at least 12mm. Use included brush to saturate

Use Aquasure to Lengthen the life of your diving gloves by reinforcing the glove seams. Apply Aquasure in a 2mm high bead, then spread with a brush – overlapping seam edges by at least 6mm. Use brush to saturate fabric surfaces. 

Dry overnight.

Aquasure is also ideal for repairing holes and tears. For holes larger than a pinhole, create a backing with removable tape. Fill hole and 6mm beyond. Remove tape after Aquasure has fully cured.

KURU ELBİSE BOYUN SEAL YAPIŞTIRMA

If the existing gasket is in good condition the new gasket can be glued to the existing gasket "ring”. If the old gasket is cracking or peeling from the suit it is best to remove the "ring”. For easiest removal, cut the old gasket off with a razor. Cut only the latex, not the suit fabric.

Insert a clean cylinder form (coffee can, yogurt container, etc.), covered with wax paper or glossy tape, into the neck opening of the dry suit. The form should fit tightly. Position the suit so that 25mm - 50mm of the form is exposed.

Stretch the new gasket over the form so that it completely overlaps the old gasket. Place a rubber band over the gasket about half-way down the form. Fold the new gasket up over rubber band to expose the base of the old gasket underneath.Buff both latex surfaces with sandpaper and wipe with Cotol-240™ or rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol).

Spread a thin layer of Aquasure® on to the old gasket using a disposable knife or craft stick. Carefully fold the new gasket on top of the old. Gently apply pressure around the gasket to remove any air bubbles.  

Monitor the repair closely. Within the first hour, check occasionally to make sure the gasket has not slipped and that no wrinkles or air bubbles have formed. Allow repair to cure for 24 hours before removing the form. 

NEOPREN ELBİSE YAPIŞTIRMA

Create an ultra-tough, flexible knee patch with Aquasure to protect suits from abrasion. Simply apply a thin coat of Aquasure with a disposable plastic knife. Dry level overnight.
